Every shift
Check the print sample against the reference. Look at the printhead for ink build-up and clean it with the correct wash solution if needed. Confirm ink and make-up levels.
Every week
Inspect the umbilical for kinks and the printhead mounting for looseness. Wipe sensors and check the fume-free area around the head.
Shutdowns
Always use the automatic shut-down sequence so the nozzle and gutter are flushed. For long stops, follow the storage procedure.
At the service interval
Replace filters or the service module as scheduled, and record the work.
