What these machines do
Most coding errors are human errors — the wrong date, the wrong job. Central message management removes them. Matched consumables and extraction then keep print quality and uptime where they should be.
Line software stores approved message templates, pulls variable data from ERP or MES and pushes the right job to every printer, labeller and scanner on the line at changeover. Consumables are formulated and tested with the printers they run in. Fume extractors draw laser-generated particles and gases through pre-, HEPA and carbon filters.
