A magazine loader feeds bare boards onto an edge-belt conveyor, a fiber, UV or CO2 laser marks a 2D traceability code, a camera verifies it and the board passes to the screen printer. SMEMA signals link each machine.
Belt and modular-chain conveyors carry primary packs; powered rollers move cases and totes with zero-pressure accumulation. Turntables feed and collect containers. For electronics, magazine loaders and edge-belt conveyors present PCBs to an inline laser marker. Collaborative robots tend marking stations and pack-off points alongside operators.
