Handheld TIJ Printer
Portable coding for pallets, pipes, timber and small batches.

Built around your product
A battery-powered printer the size of a hand tool. Roll it across a case, drum, pipe or pallet to print text, dates, logos and barcodes wherever the product is.
Each cartridge contains hundreds of microscopic nozzles. A resistor behind each nozzle heats the ink for a few microseconds, forming a vapour bubble that ejects a droplet. Nozzles are fired in columns as the product passes, building the image. Water-based inks suit porous board; solvent and UV-curable inks extend TIJ to films, foils and coated cartons.
