Built around your product
Servo-driven pistons draw a precise volume from the hopper and dispense it through anti-drip nozzles. The FC-P4 handles products from water-thin to paste-like, with or without particulates.
The filling principle follows the product. Piston fillers meter viscous products by cylinder volume. Gravity and overflow fillers suit thin, foaming liquids and give a consistent cosmetic fill level. Auger fillers dose powders by screw rotation. Cappers then place and tighten screw, press-on or pump closures to a set torque.

Containers are unscrambled and spaced on the conveyor.
Index
Gates or a starwheel position containers under the nozzles.

Nozzles dive, dose and retract with anti-drip cut-off.

Closures are sorted, placed and torqued.

A laser or inkjet coder marks date and lot before labelling.
