Inline Spindle Capping Machine
Tightens screw caps continuously without stopping the bottle.
Built around your product
Caps are sorted, delivered down a chute and picked up by the moving bottle. Sets of spinning discs tighten each cap to an adjustable torque while gripper belts hold the container.
The filling principle follows the product. Piston fillers meter viscous products by cylinder volume. Gravity and overflow fillers suit thin, foaming liquids and give a consistent cosmetic fill level. Auger fillers dose powders by screw rotation. Cappers then place and tighten screw, press-on or pump closures to a set torque.

Containers are unscrambled and spaced on the conveyor.
