Tube Filling & Sealing Machine
Fills and seals plastic, laminate and aluminium tubes.
Built around your product
Tubes are loaded, oriented by print mark, filled, sealed and trimmed on a rotary table. Hot-air sealing suits plastic and laminate tubes; a folding station closes aluminium tubes. Batch codes are embossed in the seal.
The filling principle follows the product. Piston fillers meter viscous products by cylinder volume. Gravity and overflow fillers suit thin, foaming liquids and give a consistent cosmetic fill level. Auger fillers dose powders by screw rotation. Cappers then place and tighten screw, press-on or pump closures to a set torque.

Feed
Containers are unscrambled and spaced on the conveyor.
Index
Gates or a starwheel position containers under the nozzles.
Fill
Nozzles dive, dose and retract with anti-drip cut-off.
Cap
Closures are sorted, placed and torqued.
Code
A laser or inkjet coder marks date and lot before labelling.
