Top & Bottom Labelling Machine
Labels both faces of trays and clamshells in one pass.

Built around your product
A split conveyor lets a lower head label the underside while an upper head labels the top — ideal for food trays, clamshells and skin packs that carry branding above and ingredients below.
A servo or stepper drive pulls the label web past a peel plate so each label releases as the product arrives. Spacing belts, a wrap station or top hold-down keeps the container steady while the label is wiped on. A gap sensor registers each label; a product sensor times the dispense. Coders such as TTO, TIJ or laser can be mounted to print variable data on the label first.
Key features
- Split-belt transfer for underside access
- Independent head control
- Washdown stainless option
- Integrates TTO for date coding

Dispense
The web advances one label over the peel plate at product speed.
Wrap
A belt, brush or roller presses the label around the container.
Discharge
